Can I just show up or do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all classes. Reservations help us ensuring that our groups remain small and enjoyable for the clients. They allow us to notify if there are changes to the class due to weather, etc.
Can you accommodate people with dietary needs?
Vegetarian option is available. Costumers must advise at time of booking if required. Unfortunately other alternative dietary requirements cannot be catered for. Costumers must advise at time of booking for any food allergies.
What's the menu? What am I going to prepare and taste?
Because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our vegetable gardens and local suppliers and farms, the cooking class menu will vary according to the season and the availability of the products in the day of the class. A list of some local specialties that you are likely to prepare and sample as part of the program of the class can be found on the Class page.
What should I wear? What do I need to bring?
Comfortable footwear and sun hat are recommended.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Classes may be altered, reduced in time or in some cases canceled (and refunded), according to the prevailing weather conditions.
In case of steady rain, very strong wind or forecasts predicting inclement weather, classes may be canceled at our discretion, and fully refunded. It's also possible to postpone the class to another day, according to availability.
Bad weather forecasts, changeable weather, scattered clouds, light wind or temperatures (they never get extreme here) will not be an accepted reason to get a refund in case of cancellation from clients.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A 100% refund will be provided only in the case of:
- Client cancellation with 24 hours advance notice at least.
- Class cancellation due to bad weather (at our discretion - see "what happens in case of bad weather" question).
In case of no-show, reschedule or cancellation made from clients less than 24 hours prior to class date will receive no refund or credit and the full activity cost will be charged.

Is this activity suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users?
Due to the presence of a few stairs and uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Pre-payments and deposits can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer (at least 10 days in advance for bank transfers), while remaining amounts can be paid cash only on the spot . Several ATMs can be found in the main square of Amalfi.
